Please Help Me Out With Sculpting!

Hey anyone out there! I could really use your help. I am just getting started in Zbrush (or any 3D modeling, for that matter). I could really use some tough critiques, pointers and tips ranging from anatomy to technical strategy.
I plugged this out last night as a first try (http://sassamafracken.deviantart.com/art/Please-Help-Sculpt-184659163). The GUI in Zbrush can be a little daunting, and I don't know what 95% of the stuff does. I know there are tutorials ALL over the internet, but does anyone have a favorite?
